Return Policy
Free Returns
If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued via email in 1-3 business days.
Return Exceptions
- All accessories (bags, jewelry, etc) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Start Your Return
- Email returns@shopgoodtides.com with your order number, items you would like to return and reason for returning.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email after your return request.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
